1 Put your Aadhaar number and text verification code on the website to get OTP on your Mobile.
2 Put the Data Update Request- Name, Gender, DOB, Address, Mobile Number, Email Id and Hit submit.
3 Put the Details as shown in the Image 3. I have selected Address option to be changed.
4 Upload the documents. Your request requires upload of a valid and self attested document proof. Maximum Size: 2 MB File types supported: .jpg, .pdf, .tiff, .jpeg, .png. Please upload and submit. Remember this document to be self attested. To know, what documents are accepted, check this link.
5 Once the documents are uploaded, you select the sole BPO Service Provider KARVY. Hit the submit option. You will get your URN (Update Request Number) like 0000/1234/56789 to keep a track of your request. You can check the status live here.
