- Visit the e-Jagriti website and log in.
- Select “New File” and then “First Appeal”.

File Offline: You may also file physically at the State Commission’s office.

Important Considerations:

Condonation of Delay: A delay (beyond 30 days) might be accepted if you provide sufficient cause.
Execution: If the other party doesn’t comply with the State Commission’s order, you’d file an Execution Application.
