We all as law students want to Learn Legal Drafting from Office at some point in our careers but it is not always that what we wish, we get it.
But at least for Learn Legal Drafting From Office –For Law Students, I can say that.
I have designed my Legal Drafting Course accordingly. So whatever, I am drafting, my students are able to implement and practice the skill-art at the same time.
And it is with practice and time, the confidence of drafting independently comes.
So if you are one of those aspiring law students, who never got the right office to practice Legal Drafting and always wished to draft independently but still couldn’t get the hand-holding, then this course would just be the right thing for you.
So How Course works– Course works on hybrid mode having mix of office classes + Online recordings as well. The idea is for you to be prepared in advance before the class, and have the right questions for me to answer. Isn’t it cool, when we know what’s going to come in today’s class? Don’t we learn faster by this approach? Do let me know your views on this.
Course Duration- One month. Why just one month, when you want to practice more? Don’t worry, we will remain connected forever, but the idea is to free yourself early so that you can learn to draft independently. See it like swimming. More early you leave the tubes, you will learn to swim faster and with everyday practice, you learn to hone the craft. So my course is designed to give you the blue print that will help you to draft almost anything. And that’s where the confidence comes in.
Course Syllabus– We go Court wise-Week Wise in a Month- covering almost all courts in Tricity, be it District Courts, Consumer –RERA, Tribunals Like CAT/DRT upto High Court. So don’t worry, you will get to see the all.
Course Timings– Early Mornings starting from 7am till 11am or Evenings between 5-8pm. Recorded lectures can be viewed at your convenient time. You must have your own laptop and working internet to access this course. So we will have mix of classes in office as well as recorded lectures online in a week, up to a month.
Practice Drafts– You name it, we have it, ranging from bails to civil suits, Matrimonial disputes to service matters, High Court writs to DRT matter etc. We are in business for more than a decade, so we know what will be required in advance. This course aims to make you fearless in drafting.
Sample Material –Case Drafts- Sample Suits, Master Bail file, High Court Writs, Injunction Matters, Family Courts, Cheque Bounce, etc. Your drive will be full, we have that much. Don’t worry about it. Just be prepared to draft all of them by your hand. This is the only requirement. Rest, internet is full of people selling these drafts. Then you probably don’t need me and this course won’t either match your expectations. It is best to leave reading this post from here.
Mentoring Support– Just don’t say, ask for it. We as legal fraternity will try to support you as much as we can, but remember, it’s an independent profession, so we must be trained on those lines.
Internships & Job Assistance– Yes, we will message you all the jobs/internships/opportunities that we see in our circle to your whatsapp and then you can put the best foot forward. You will have our backing always, but let your work do the talking not us. So let’s get trained on those lines first.
Fees : Rs 10K only. So now by reading all of the above, you will have a fair idea of what is going to be delivered to you in a month and then you can do the maths regarding what’s on the bargain. What value you will get by paying 10 K to me.
