- Name of the Department:-
- Industries departments (Firms & Societies)
- Documents to be given:-
- Memorandum of Association be given as per Sec 1 & 2 of the Act giving
- Name of Society
- Location of Registered Office
- Memorandum of Association be given as per Sec 1 & 2 of the Act giving
- Aims & Objects of Society
- Rules & regulations of the society citing name, address, occupation & Designation of governing body.
- MOA be duly signed by at least 7 members
- Copy of Rules & Regulation is filled duly certified to be true copy by at least 3 members of governing body in end.
- General Meeting in which resolution was resolved is filed duly attested by pbindustries.gov.in, ctp.punjabgovt.gov.in responsible office bearing of Society (Attested by Notary).
- 2 separate documents
- MOA
- 2 copies of Rules & Regulations
- Self-Attested photos, Name address. Telephone number, occupation, designation & Signature of members of governing body.
- Witness (Advocate or Gazetted Officer or notary).
- Proofs of Residence of all members of Governing body.
- Undertaking that no litigation is pending in the court.
- Submit the form online on pbindustries.gov.in

- Log onto pbindustries.gov.in
- Fill common application form for availing regulatory service
- Duly fill the service form
- List of supporting documents attached with application form
- Pay fees online
- Download final certificate from portal
